The location was excellent, close to a beautiful park and the lake. The staff are really helpful, they helped me with any questions I had. I was very thankful.
The room was a bit small for my liking, and the beds are not very comfortable. The pillows was lumpy and made it difficult to sleep. I did not sleep well.

The staff offered assistance with my luggage after I checked out. The breakfast room was bright and clean. The hotel is located near the botanic garden and the lake (I enjoyed walking there).
The pillows felt a bit lumpy, difficult to sleep. My room was somewhat small for my liking. I requested a late check-out, but my request was denied.

the hotel room was a bit small. the beds were not comfortable. the third bed was especially uncomfortable. the pillows were lumpy. they made it difficult to sleep.
